Scheduling

Our goal is to collaborate with your general or family dentist as if treatment is being done in one office.  Jeanie is here to work with your schedule and communicate with your referring dental office in order to schedule your appointments in a way that works best for you. She recognizes that your time is as valuable as ours, and will make every effort to ensure that we use it effectively. It is imperative that we agree on a treatment plan with you and your dentist so that everyone understands what is going to take place before treatment happens.  After treatment, we will send a letter to your dentist office so they stay informed regarding how your treatment is progressing.  Jeanie carries out this mission with a balance of caring and skill that produces an environment you can count on.

It is necessary for us to understand what you need and discuss how we can produce that result.  Please allow approximately 30 to 60 minutes for us to have that conversation on your initial visit. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day. We try to stay on schedule to minimize waiting at the time of your appointment. Emergency patients can cause delays to the schedule, so your understanding and patience are very much appreciated. This allows the doctors to give you their full attention during your appointment.
